I had a friend review one of my web pages for me because she is a specialist in that field. She made the comment that some of the wording was a little chauvinistic. I made a reference to “Working for the man”. That made me think.
I believe that women have more value to the family unit. I believe in opening doors. I believe that it’s my responsibility to honour and protect my wife. I would fight to the death for her or my children. I believe that women in general have a lot to offer to society in many ways, professionally and personally. I believe in equal opportunity. I believe that there are differences between and women and that each bring great assets to the table.
If that makes me a chauvinist, then I’m proud to declare that I AM!
Without my wife, my family would fall apart and nothing would ever get done around the house. Without my wife, I would be very lonely and probably not a very nice man. Without my wife, there would be many children who would have been latch key kids and possibly turned into hoodlums. Without my wife, there are many women who would still be in distress.
If that makes me a chauvinist, then I’m proud to declare that I AM!

P.S. What am I thankful for today? I’m thankful for the lady in my life. I’m thankful for the family my wife created. I’m thankful God created women!
