What’s not the Millenials’ fault?
- It’s not their fault they have unrealistic expectations, some low and some high.
- It’s not their fault they think they are “special”.
- It’s not their fault they expect to get or achieve just because they want it.
Who’s fault is it? Failed parenting and we perpetuate that with management who is focused on making Millenials happy. To a fault.
