Blogging when you don’t have time can be onerous and lead to resentment. The problem is that when you are active in the social media world, you need to keep in touch on a regular basis.
Just like your day to day relationships with friends and family, you need regular contact to stay top of mind. Otherwise, they stop thinking about you until there is a pressing reason. That means they either need something from you or there has been some kind of disaster.
MAKE IT QUICK!
Rather than spending an hour finding words, keep your camera in your pocket and take pictures that you can save for later. I keep a “social media” folder for these. When I’m short on time, like today, I upload a photo to Canva and grab a quote from Brainy Quote. Add a logo and website to protect my work and voila! Instant post.
