Christmas Eve

We went to an amazing Christmas Eve today at Connexus. The service was held at the Barrie Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting to spend time with wonderful people.
The greatest part of tonight was that our children came with us. It meant so much to us and especially to their mother.

I would like know what our visiting student from Korea thought! He came as well.

The band did a great job on the music and the minister did a great presentation to help us imagine what it would be like if Christmas had never happened.

My take away was the influence Christmas has had on the world as a whole whether you believe in Christ or not. So many other countries and churches still acknowledge the season regardless of whether or not they support the concept. They still support the idea behind the season.

That being said, I’m proud to say I’m a Christian and wish you all a Merry Christmas!

P.S. What am I thankful for today? I’m thankful I was born into a Christian home. I’m thankful for my friends at Connexus. I’m so thankful that our children will be sharing Christmas together with us.
