There are all these pieces to life. Work, play, children, family, charity and so on.
God is like the parent (Imagine that, God the father!) who gives the child a bunch of stuff to just create something. Have you ever done that with your children? It’s amazing what they can make out of what appears to be junk!
What if we looked at life like that?
God gave us a bunch of junk. It will always look like junk if we don’t do anything with it.
So, take a look at that “junk pile” of yours and see what you can create from it.
Like a child with crafts, the only limitation is your imagination!

P.S. What am I thankful for today? I’m thankful I was blessed with a lot of junk to work with. I’m thankful God gave me the ability to think and create. I’m thankful every time one of my attempts turns into a work of art.
