I was invited to a great seminar last night by a friend of mine in the financial services industry. I forgot how much I missed that stuff. This made me think, do we plan to fail or fail to plan?
The reality is that we typically fail to plan and as a result we have planned to fail.
The entrepreneur and small business owner often get so caught up in their day to day business, that they spend all of their time reacting as opposed to acting on their plan. They are working IN their business as opposed to working ON their business.
Take the time to plan, it will be the best investment you ever make. I have two friends that can help.
Darrel is an accomplished instructor with a community college that is taking his show on the road. Visit Slay The Dragon Seminars for more information. Darrel can help you to put a plan into place and get your business started. Paul is a financial advisor that really cares about his clients. Between the two of them, this could be the best investment of your time you will ever make.
We can make, lose and make money all over again. One thing we can never get back is time. Spend it wisely.

P.S.
What am I thankful for today? I’m thankful that I have such great friends. I’m thankful my bus made it safely to Toronto today! I’m thankful for all of the opportunities that have presented themselves in my life.
