I had a wonderful birthday yesterday.
Friends travelled a couple of hours and family made a point to come and share an evening with me as I celebrated a half century.
My eldest daughter went out of her way to make this happen and that means so very much to me!
It was almost a surprise until my granddaughter couldn’t keep it to herself.
